Have had this twice now was lovely the first time but this time it was overdone , 3 out of the 4 pizzas we orderd where overcooked almost burnt spent over $100 on the order

Had fish n chips and pizza a few times nowIt’s the best absolutely love all the foodFish so white and pizzas to die for !!!

We made an order via the app as they don't have a 'working phone'.Paid for delivery. 25 mins after it was due to arrive, no pizza. We had to drive down to the shop. To have staff tell us, it has gone out, yeah

Just an update to my previous review as they seem to have completely removed snapper and shark from their menu. You can only get hake now. Not sure why they'd do this since they made those two incredibly well. Wont be returning here as there are other fish and chips shops that have the options I want.

Had the basic fish and chips and both were tasty and well cooked and good value at $11.00. Even though was a good sized serve, managed to eat the whole lot. Will drop in again for sure when the urge takes hold!

I placed an online order through the fishy fishy app at 5:45 with an estimated delivery time confirmed for 6:25. No order updates are received after the initial invoice and no the store has no working phone line to contact the store to check order status even though both google and the store Facebook page list a mobile number. I waited until 7pm before I decided to drive to the store to request a refund as I couldn’t do so through the app. I was advised the order was already on the road and that even though there is a number listed online the store doesn’t have a working phone…I understand sometimes food venues are under the pump with multiple orders and I can appreciate deliveries can often be late, I am an understanding person however it is extremely frustrating when your order is 1.5hrs late and you have no way of contacting the store remotely to clarify if your order has actually been processed. Previously this store has been good and we’ve been happy with the quality of food but tonight was a huge disappointment. Sharing this review so that nobody else experiences the same disappointment and if you’re going to order online your best of using Uber at least you can track the order status and request a refund of needed.

We have always great experience with the pizzas being ready on time and the pizzas being fantastic, unfortunately tonight they are off their game, probably due to the busy season. Will still keep ordering tho.

These guys have always been our favorite pizza place, but lately they’ve gone downhill a lot. It started when they removed our fave pizza from the menu, Hot Sexy Senorita. So now we try to replicate as best we can by ordering Chilli Gonzalous and adding chicken at extra cost. So this is what we did tonight, but they left off the chicken we paid extra for! So we were left with a very jalapeño heavy pizza without protein. Not very nice.BUT my biggest gripe is that you have no means to contact this place by phone. The mobile number listed apparently belongs to the elderly father of the ppl who run the restaurant, and never gets answered, goes straight to msg every single time. So if there is a problem with your order, you can’t talk to anyone. If your order is an hour late, you can’t talk to anyone. You have no recourse other than going into the restaurant, which is not why most ppl order pizza!Fishy Fishy, you’re losing it!New competition opening Monday, Baldivis Gourmet Pizza. Will be trying them next.
