Food was nice and decently priced, ordered over the phone; it was quick and easy. Overall good experience will definitely be back.

Uber order. Before you come at me, people have their reasons for home delivery. My child’s entire order was missing. I called them and they said, nothing they can do. Speak to Uber.Then Take some responsibility! If you can’t manage Uber orders, don’t doThem!! Don’t leave people without their meals and then say “sorry nothing we can do” even after admitting that you messed up our order. The chips were completely over cooked and hard (have photos). AnotherExample of a business with no quality control. “Who cares, they’ll be right”. If you stuff up an order, overcook your food, takeResponsibility. Send the chips back and cook new ones. Teach your staff. Put some processes in place. Learn from your mistakes. Don’t put it back to the customer to have to experience your mistakes at OUR own costs. I hate leaving negative reviews. I really do. But as a business owner myself, I don’t understand how other business’s can get away with this attitude? If we stuff up, we are straight back out there (at our own cost and time) fixing it up, showing our customers that we made a mistake, but they can count on us to fix it up.Fish and chips are a dime a dozen. Move on to the next. Cost of living is hard enough for families without having to deal with rubbish and missing food when we decide to splurge (and a careless attitude!)

What can I say! Best fish and chips in perth! In nz we love our fish and chips and I think these guys know it. Fresh everytime we go (which is alot) big mussels and huge fillets of fish! The owner and staff are always friendly and chat when u walk in the door.The only things they don't have are eftpos which can be a bother and for me they don't do burgers(I love a good fish burger) but definitely a lovely place.

Been avoiding this place for a couple weeks now due to my last experience.Ordered 2 serves of chips at $6.I said this package is light".They said

First time buying fish and chips here, definitely not disappointed. They were busy but I got my order pretty quick. The chips were crisp and hot accompanied by a large battered piece of flaky fish. Service was prompt and friendly. I've eaten a lot of fish and chips and this evening from Santorini was excellent, definitely five stars all the way. I'll be back.PS: try the deep fried Oreo's (yumm)
